Ingredients
  • 50 ml Whiskey
  • 15 ml Sugar syrup
  • 25 ml Lemon juice
  • 3 Dashes of Angostura Bitters

Description

Shaken and strained into rocks/coupe glass. Garnished with lemon peel.

Old Fashioned (Whisky/Rum)

Ingredients
  • 60 ml Whisky or Aged Rum
  • 10 ml Sugar syrup
  • 3 Dashes of Angostura Bitters

Description

All ingredients mixed with ice in mixing glass. Strained over ice cube in rocks glass. Garnished with expressed orange peel.

Mojito

Ingredients
  • 60 ml White Rum
  • 6-10 Mint leaves
  • 15 ml Sugar syrup
  • 22.5 ml Lime juice
  • Soda

Description

Mint leaves, sugar and lime juice muddled in a highball glass. Ice and rum stirred in, followed by the soda. Garnished with mint and lime.

Queen’s Park Swizzle

Ingredients
  • 60 ml Jamaican Rum
  • 6-10 Mint leaves
  • 22.5 ml Sugar syrup
  • 30 ml Lime juice
  • 3-6 Dashes of Angostura Bitters

Description

Mint leaves, lime juice and sugar syrup are muddled in a highball glass. Then glass is filled with crushed ice. and the rum poured over it. Swizzled well until ice-cold. Topped with more crushed ice and drizzled with Angostura Bitters.

Mai Tai

Ingredients
  • 20 ml Dark Rum
  • 20 ml White Rum
  • 10 ml Triple Sec
  • 20 ml Lime juice
  • 10 ml Orgeat syrup
  • Dash of salt
  • 10 ml Dark Rum on top

Description

All ingredients, bar last one shaken with ice, strained into double rocks glass filled with crushed ice. 10 ml of Dark rum poured on top. Garnished with lime.

Jungle Bird

Ingredients
  • 45 ml Dark Rum
  • 20 ml Campari
  • 45 ml Pineapple juice
  • 15 ml Lime juice
  • 15 ml Sugar syrup

Tiki Rasta Rojo

Ingredients
  • 45 ml Jamaican Rum
  • 20 ml Orgeat
  • 30 ml Pineapple juice
  • 25 ml Lemon juice
  • 10 ml Grenadine
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Gin & Tonic

Bramble

Ingredients
  • 60 ml Gin
  • 30 ml Lemon Juice
  • 15 ml Sugar syrup
  • 15 ml Raspberry Liqueur

Description

All ingredients bar the raspberry liqueur shaken with ice. Strained into rocks glass filled with crushed ice. Raspberry liqueur floated on top. Garnished with lemon peel.

Sex on the Beach

Ingredients
  • 20 ml Peach Schnapps
  • 30 ml Orange juice
  • 30 ml Pineapple juice
  • 45 ml Vodka
  • 30 ml Cranberry juice
  • 15 ml Raspberry Liqueur
Description

First three ingredients shaken with ice, strained into a highball/hurricane glass filled with ice. The other three ingredients shaken and poured on top. Garnished with an orange wheel.

Passionfruit Mule

Ingredients
  • 50 ml Passionfruit Vodka
  • 20 ml Lime juice
  • Ginger ale

Limoncello Spritz

Ingredients
  • 60 ml Limoncello
  • 90 ml Sparkling wine
  • 30 ml Soda

Description

Poured into wine glass filled with ice. Garnished with lemon wheel.

Jarra de Agua de València

Ingredients
  • 600 ml Fresh orange juice
  • 300 ml Sparkling wine
  • 60 ml Vodka
  • 60 ml Gin
  • 15 ml Sugar syrup or Grenadine

Description

Orange juice, vodka, gin and syrup stirred in jar with ice. Topped with sparkling wine. Gently stirred again and garnished with orange slices.
